K&S Design Build was founded by Shaul Kofler and Alon Shivhon to bring design development, architectural coordination, permitting, and construction together under one accountable team. We stay intentionally hands-on, working directly with homeowners and our network of architects, engineers, designers, and skilled trades throughout the project lifecycle.

Alon guides homeowners through the earliest and most important project decisions—from understanding the existing home and developing the right scope to aligning the design, investment, and path forward. He remains closely involved throughout planning and construction, giving every client a direct line to company ownership.

Shaul Kofler

Shaul leads construction operations and the day-to-day coordination required to move each project from plans to a finished home. His hands-on oversight keeps workmanship, scheduling, trade coordination, and site decisions accountable throughout the build.
