My love of photography started very young as I always had a camera, and was snapping pictures of family/friends/pets. I also took photos of my high school yearbook. I started professionally almost 5 years ago when I was pregnant with our first child, Cayden. He was the push I needed to pursue photography as a career so I could stay home with my kids.
Another big push for me to pursue professional photography was my want/need to have high-quality photos of my children to be able to cherish lifelong memories without breaking the bank!!! That is why it is very important for me to always provide affordable pricing to my clients, as I know how meaningful capturing these moments are and how sometimes it may not be possible on a tight budget.

I was born and raised in Dubuque. I graduated from Loras College with degrees in Management and Finance and a minor in Public Relations. I have completed, and am currently taking courses through the New York Institute of Photography. I am also self – taught, and continue to practice and expand my skills daily.
