Tips for a Riverfront Celebration

Plan for both settings. Confirm the outdoor ceremony plan and the weather backup with the venue before sharing the timeline.
Map the sound. Tell your DJ where the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will happen so microphones and music are planned for each space.
Leave room for the dance floor. Include the DJ, speakers and any photo booth when the reception layout is being decided.
Check the access and timing. Confirm vendor setup access, the event end time and teardown expectations with the venue team.
